As an example of this quick and immediate process:
A Chambers customer recently received his order earlier than
they had expected it. Due to logistical issues at the warehouse,
they couldn’t take it into their stock. The customer contacted
Chambers. We got the information from the customer and immediately
contacted our manufacturer to see if the trucking company could
redirect the shipment to Chambers’ warehouse. We contacted
the customer and in less than 30 minutes was able to solve the problem.
As a result of Chamber’s quick response, the customer was
highly satisfied.
